Squid LDAP Search Filter for Multiple Groups

Hi,
I need to make an ldap search filter for squid in order to authenticate via active directory server 2008.
For testing I have the following structure:
OU named MUsers which contains two groups named InternetGroup and NormalGroup. Insice the InternetGroup I have a user mvassallo and inside NormalGroup I have a user named kgrech.
In the search filter what shall I write please in order to authenticate? Currently I have the following (which is sure wrong!)
(&(memberOf=CN=InternetGroup,OU=MUsers,DC=matthew,DC=com)(sAMAccountName=%s))
