I have had to add the following to my squid.conf in order to be able to commit to my subversion server located out in the world.

      #added for subversion
      extension_methods request REPORT
      extension_methods request MKACTIVITY
      extension_methods request CHECKOUT
      extension_methods request MERGE

The problem is that these settings get overwritten when I change anything with the web interface. How can I make the settings stick or better yet can someone integrate these into the web interface?

        reinstall the squid package…

I added a custom-settings field for such problems...

I could not find any anouncements regarding new squid package.  How can I find out what changes/additions were made?

            it's not a new squid version…

just a checked-in-patch... reinstall and have fun...

have a look at the timeline to see the changes...
