      i have 2 static ISP
      lan 192.168.100.1/24
      wan static
      opt static

i have one webserver on 192.168.100.2
      i have 2 other pc 192.168.100.11 and 192.168.100.12

how set nat and rules to work both ISP with web server, and two pc to internet access?

      LAN rules
      LAN net, any to any

      wan rules
      TCP  *  *  192.168.100.2  80 (HTTP)  *

      opt rules
      TCP  *  *  192.168.100.2  80 (HTTP)  *

      nat
      Manual Outbound NAT enable
      port forward
      WAN  TCP  80 (HTTP)  192.168.100.2
      (ext.: ) 80 (HTTP)
      OPT  TCP  80 (HTTP)  192.168.100.2
      (ext.: ) 80 (HTTP)

      why is this configuration wrong?

do you have these NAT rules on the manual outbound NAT page?
because this page is for outbound rules.
for inbound rules you use the normal NAT page.

We do what we must, because we can.

no, i dont have outband nat

just enable outbound, 1 rules for lan, 2 port forward, each for wan and opt1
