Dual wan, without load balancing

i have 2 static ISP
lan 192.168.100.1/24
wan static
opt statici have one webserver on 192.168.100.2
i have 2 other pc 192.168.100.11 and 192.168.100.12how set nat and rules to work both ISP with web server, and two pc to internet access?

because this page is for outbound rules.
for inbound rules you use the normal NAT page. -

just enable outbound, 1 rules for lan, 2 port forward, each for wan and opt1
