      Hey all,

I have setup a VIP using CARP, all is working well, only issue I have is this message being repeated thousands of times in the system log "kernel: carp_input: checksum failed on em1, kernel: arp: xxx.xxx.108.68 is on em1 but got reply from 00:0e:84:31:fd:61 on em0 " can anyone help with why this is?, is it safe to ignore?, can I suppress etc?

      Thanks

I did do a search and have read that post, but my config is very different as:

          • I do not have 2 wan interfaces, I only have 1 WAN but multiple VIP bound via carp
          • I have suppressed arp messages allready via "advanced page"
          • I still get messages but now they read as "kernel: carp_input: checksum failed on em1" and lots of "last message repeated 599 times"
          • My "emo" and "em1" are on different networks and plugged into different switches

          Any Ideas?
