I have a few machines on the DMZ network and I'd like to stop them from being able to ping each other (I'd like to keep the ability to ping the WAN if possible). How would I go about doing that?

I've added a rule on the DMZ interface that rejects ICMP from any to any, but that only stopped the machines from pinging anything on the WAN (they were still able to ping each other).

Pings between machines in the same subnet (in the dmz) don't go through the firewall at all. There's no way of filtering it there. You would need a switch that can do client isolation.
