I am trying to limit the internet speed on the lan but I want my NAT rules to be unrestricted.  People's internet usage is affecting my VoIP quality.  I have tried setting up the traffic shaping but it is not doing any thing.

I have set up an in (1024Kb) and out (256Kb) limiter.  These are then applied to the "Default allow LAN to any rule".

My question is:  Will the limiters affect my port forwarding rules?  Restricting them down as well?

Is there another way to guarantee a NAT rule so much bandwidth?

It's OK, the limiter will be applied to whatever gets catched by the rule, and incoming NAT traffic won't.
