      Hey Everyone,

Does anyone know how to setup pfsense dynamic update to windows 2008(non active directory integration) dns server? It seem that the rfc 2136 client on pfsense required a key but i can't see where i can get that matching key on windows 2008 server?

What i intend to do is have the client outside update the dns record so that the server can use that record to allow ipsec connection from that client. I'm not concern about the security on it since ipsec have a second authentication once the client/server negotiate.

I have try the third party option on the dynamic list pfsense provided but like to keep things in-house if possible.

      Thanks,
