      Bom dia pessoal…

      ping www.google.com
ping: cannot resolve www.google.com: Host name lookup failure...

já verifiquei tudo e não consigo conectar, pois se fosse apenas um link tudo bem, poderia ser alguma coisa no meu provedor de internet, mais são nos dois links, 1 é a rádio e o outro a fibra....

      Toda ajuda é bem vinda

        From Google translate:

        Good morning guys …
I'm using pfSense for over a year and always worked perfectly, well ...
This morning the pfSense does not connect on the internet, I have two links, I ping by 2 and nothing ...
I ping by the putty ssh screen and it gives this message ...

        ping www.google.com
ping: can not resolve www.google.com: Host name lookup failure ...

I've checked everything and can not connect because it was just a link okay, could be something in my internet provider, most are the two links, one is the radio and other fiber ....

        Any help is welcome

Post in the Portuguese forum if you want help in Portuguese:)
It does sound like all your internet is down! Try to ping by IP address - Google is 8.8.8.8

        ping 8.8.8.8
and try from pfSense webGUI Diagnostics-Ping There you can select the interface to ping from, so you can test each WAN/ISP to 8.8.8.8.

As the Greek philosopher Isosceles used to say, "There are 3 sides to every triangle."

          hello phil.davis
I've tested the pfSense WebGUI Diagnostics-Ping

and the answer was that he returned

PING 8.8.8.8 (8.8.8.8) from "my ip" : 56 data bytes

          –- 8.8.8.8 ping statistics ---
3 packets transmitted, 0 packets received, 100.0% packet loss

does not respond to any ping request in any of the two links ...
stranger who was always running straight ...

and found nothing in the system logs...

          thanks

Thank you all very much …

The way I found to solve it was back a backup that ha had done a month ago ...

Being that I have not changed anything in the settings ...

            Very Strange ...

            Given as solved then ...
