Can,t see some web page

Hi when i try to go to a web page like www.dustinhome.se my web page can,t be shown do some one now why ?

Because the server for that address ist down?

Cannot access it either and can't ping the machine:
Ping www.dustinhome.se [62.84.202.203] mit 32 Bytes Daten:
But ping doesn't necessarily have to work.
