Is there a way to monitor both of my WAN's and my LAN at the same time, either making a graph, chart or whatever?  I can do one at a time under Status-> Traffic Graph and then selecting the interface.  Can I have them all on the same page at the same time?

Also, is this part of what the "monitor IP" feature is used for?

You can view all four on the dashboard by just opening the graphs.

The monitor IP is what pfSense uses to determine if your WAN connections are up correctly. By default it uses the WAN gateway IP but you can change that if you need to.
