This is to provide NAT, DHCP and a captive portal to 2000 wireless users. No filtering or VPN. I'll have two load-balanced 100Mbps cable lines on the WAN side. It will be rack mounted and I prefer front I/O.

I'd like to keep price under $1000.

      Intel DQ77KB
      Intel i3-3220T

      Dual NIC: http://www.jetway.com.tw/jw/ipcboard_view.asp?productid=873&proname=ADMPEIDLA

I've read reports that that Jetway card doesn't work with all motherboards.  I'm not sure about the one you're buying.

Is there a different motherboard that you would recommend?

Speaking from experience with similar setups, you can ditch the T and go with a normal i3. Dual core ivy bridge TDP is vastly overstated.

You should be waaaaay under $1000 even with ram price increases, my similar E3 1265Lv2 xeon w/16GB build wasn't nearly that much.

That board can be quite picky about expansion cards, and the case looks like it has a riser so why not use a regular NIC? I would suggest an 82571 based NIC, a Dell dual and HP quad 1000 pro PT were the only things I had that didn't cause problems.
My i350 quad worked but would disable one of the memory channels. A quad 82576 aka 1000 Pro VT would hang on POST. Neither of those bugs are likely to get fixed by bios updates, ever. (proof in intel forums)

              How about this:

              and for more LAN ports:

I used to use a lot of Jetway gear but had a higher-than-average number of defective parts.  I ended up swapping them out to branch offices until they failed or we moved to larger buildings where direct connectivity was an option.

Are you planning on using CARP to provide redundancy?  If so, I'd probably be OK with the Jetway boxes.
