Individual IP for user

Is it possible to assign individual IP for mobile  IPSEC users? I want create firewall rules per IP or per IPSEC users, it does not matter.
May be there are other possibilities how to identificate ipsec users for the firewall?

+1, I was looking for the same.
I was using OpenVpn on Endian and there I can managed rules per user. It would be great to do the same
