Erratic IPSEC traffic cut

I have around 50 ipsec tunnels on 3 WAN's, all seem to work for a few days, but suddenly all the traffic on the tunnels drop without reason (normal internet traffic on all wan's works ok), the tunnels seems to be established but no traffic pass, may be something with routes?

I have two pfsense PC's to test upgrades all with 1.2rc3, one CELERON 1,7Ghz and a XEON 2Ghz, the problem on the Xeon seems to occur more often.
