Proxy Server problem!!!

Hi
I installed pfsense 2.1 x64 and install squid package 3…
When i want open special host under the proxy server, It can't show host but when i use NAT, It is okay...
I set this host on "Do Not Cache" but already does not work :-...How to i can solve this problem?
