I have fixed IP on WAN

      WAN 192.168.1.252 >> LAN 192.168.3.252 > Internet OK
                                      >> LAN (Virtual IP address) 192.168.2.252 > Not Have internet on internal machines 2.xx

It is possible to NAT internet acess on  Virtual IP address interface?

Yes so long as there are rules to allow the traffic from that subnet. If you have manual outbound NAT, you have to all that subnet in for natting. If you have automatic, then you might need to switch to manual so that you can add that subnet.
