Zabbix-2 Proxy needs a misc command section.

My proxys are all reporting there discovery process is always busy Greater the 75% busy all the time the fix is to add StartDiscoverers=x to increase it from it default of one the issue there doesn't seem to be a way to add them.  Why not just add an entry for StartDiscoverrs instead adding a free forum field?  Well there are a lot more processes I will likely need to adjust in the futures and it would be a lot of entries you would need to add.

Thanks for the patch.

Also, both packages were updated today (proxy and agent) to 2.2.2.
