      Hi,

I was wondering if it where possible to skip the keyboard and monitor and just use the serial console to install. Then use the HTTP for the configuration of the firewall.

My firewall board does not have any PS/2 or monitor, so I'm stuck with a working board and no way to use it. It as two IDE channels and a couple of Ethernet controllers.

To the IDE controllers a CD-ROM drive with a speed of 16 is attached. And I also use a floppy controller for storing the conf file.

      Any help is appreciated!

      Regards XED

If you use the embedded image, it uses serial console by default. Otherwise there is no way, without installing the HD in another machine, changing it to serial console, and moving the HD.
