      Hello,
I live in Israel an I'm trying to connect to my ISP, according to this post https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=32770.0 I need to set my WAN connection to DHCP and then get an IP address from my modem and then configure an L2TP tunnel.
The problem is I can't seem to be able to get an IP address from the modem. Can anyone help?

      Thanks.

check your modem first, better yet, check you isp how to configure your modem. i would guess your modem does not have dhcp configured or you must use static IP configuration.

O.K. I manage to fix the issue, It seems that I had to spoof my routers MAC address.
