I am seeing a lot of (INTERRUPT) on my RRD Graphs

Hello all :D
I am seeing just about 20% INTERRUPT on my router that i just got done building can anyone help me find out why?
here is some info, if you need more or whatever just let me know.

I have the slightly older / slower version of the board C1007un-D (my vendor didn't stock that one) I just built my PFSense router on that board and I don't have that issue. you can see my other threads for my build process. let me know if there is something I can check for you.
I don't see the issue here. when I d/l 5 ubunto iso's to max out my ISP service, it peaks at about 8% and averages 5% (50mbps down 5 mbps up)
question, did you try device polling under advanced networking? -
What traffic are you pushing during that time?
