      Hi Guys,

We implemented a PFsence firewall router (Version 1.2-RC3 ) with 1 Lan interface and 3 wan connections.
Problem is the ping response time on lan side increases very high after running few hours. more than 1000ms.
Can you please tell me what is causing the problem? I can't see any increase in memory usage or CPU. Sate table size is 1022/200000.
And also the ping response is increasing when clicking on webGUI.

      Thanks
      Lhrt

What kind of hardware do you use?

Search the forum about realtek nics.  We do not recommend them.

I will say that the FX5620 platform uses Realtek (8139) NICs and ping times from a host on the LAN to a host on the DMZ are ~1ms.  I'd still rather be using Intel though ;)

Might be good to see system load details and a list of what packages you have installed.
