Monitoring a lan ip

Hi All

I have replaced my Zyxel Zywal with a pfsense running on an alix board.

We run this in a small off and from time to time we get the odd user who take the mickey and downloads huge file when they should not.

On my zyxel box I could monitor which Ip had been doing huge download and what website had the most traffic which I could tie in to the user and what they were doing.

Is there any plugin suitable for an alix board I could run to monitor this
