I have had this device for a couple of months and have noticed the memory usage gradually increasing to over 80% over the course of a few hours. There are no added packages or rules, just the basic system as it came out of the box. The culprit seems to be dnsmasq since if I restart it at any time, usage drops to the startup usage value of 43% and then starts climbing again.

Below is the top portion of pftop. Let me know if there is anything else that would help.

      Any help greatly appreciated…
      Garth

I decided to just let the box keep running and overnight memory usage dropped back to 42% which is the amount used immediately after restarting dnsmasq.

The box is running fine, no problems. Highly recommended, at least for small, uncomplicated networks.

        Thanx…
