Snort upgrade fails, now cannot reinstall Snort…



  • I tried to update the version of Snort on my pfsense router and the update failed. Now, I cannot even reinstall from scratch. When I try, the status shows that the Snort files are downloaded and begin to extract, then it simply fails and says it could not download the files and aborts. What might I try doing to fix this?

    Any ideas? Anything I can manually clean up myself?
