      Blocking facebook but the message chat always block but if open the facebook the message chat is "We were unable to fetch previous messages in this conversation"

      please help!!!

            im using for my office…because all my executive is only access FB the rest is not

              Ok so you want to block facebook for one group of users but not for another.
              How are you blocking facebook now?
              How are the two groups seperated? Different IP groups? Different interfaces?

                You gonna have to do better than that if you want serious help. I suggest you provide a little more detail, maybe a drawing, … Are you using Squid+Dansgardian for this? Is it conguration?

                  @OP: Better post some screenshots of relevant configuration.

                  Otherwise, it seems there is actually no problem with pfSense blocking here, you simply need to tell the executives that they are supposed to work and do their FB chit-chat at home – exactly like everyone else...
