      Hopefully I'm not being dense.. but I can't seem to connect get pop or smtp/imap to work when I disable the Allow any rule. It works perfectly fine with Allow any rule on.

      It shouldn't matter but my home layout is:

      Client > Switch > Firewall > Modem > Interweb

        Considering Gmail ONLY lets you use the encrypted variants (465/587, 993, 995), cannot see what's strange about this.
