Squid Proxy Configuration Issues – All Traffic Stops

So, when I try and set a test machine's proxy settings to pfsense/squid, all traffic stops and I am unsure why  :o… so figured I'd see what others have to say. Configuration:

Workstation Settings

Test machine on wireless VLAN: 10.1.1.2/24
Test machine proxy IP: 10.1.1.1
Test machine proxy port: 3128
Test machine gateway: 10.1.1.1

Test machine is a Mac and I am configuring "Web Proxy (HTTP)" and "Secure Web Proxy (HTTPS)" with the proxy information above.

Squid Settings

General
-Proxy Interface: OPT1-7 are selected (I don't remember which sub interface is the wireless VLAN – planning to narrow down once proxy is working).
-Allow Users on Interface: Checked
-Everything else is left as default.

Access Control
10.1.1.0/24

All other tabs have been left with default settings.

Any advice is appreciated.
