Hash CheckSum problem with liveCD 2.1.2

Hi,
I have downloaded pfSense-LiveCD-2.1.2-RELEASE-i386-20140410-0523.iso from a few different mirrors along with their md5/sha256 hash/checksums.
None of the checksums match what the gtkHash program I have installed generates.
Can anyone please advise, I'm a little worried to install it if the checksums do not match.

If you look in the MD5 file:
MD5 (pfSense-LiveCD-2.1.2-RELEASE-i386.iso.gz) = f020c4b03ae45eec13adc050d915aa5a
The checksum is for the gzipped file not the extracted ISO. The MD5 matched fine for me just now.

I see I have exposed my 'noob-ness' yet again.
I did indeed run the checksum on the extracted ISO instead of the gzipped file.
