Routing out certain wan from ip

Ok here is my setup lan em1  192.168.70.1/24  em0 is set to vlans  11 - 24  as vlan11 dsl11 gateway 192.168.11.254  as vlan 12 is dsl12 gateway 192.168.12.254

The issue is I can load balance fine but, in order to make my network work due to a steam reverse proxy it needs to only go out 1 modem not load balancing.

So how do I make ip 192.168.70.2 to 192.168.70.5 go out dsl line 11   
192.168.70.6 to 192.168.70.12  go out dsl line 12 ect

Make an aliases for the groups of ip addresses and then add rules in the firewall above your loadbalancing rule which uses each alias as the source ip and then select gateway you want to use.
