Can't find file dummynet

This spits out on the console during boot, but still it looks like the dummynet limiter stuff is happening.
kldstat: can't find file dummynet: No such file or directory DUMMYNET 0 with IPv6 initialized (100409) load_dn_sched dn_sched FIFO loaded load_dn_sched dn_sched QFQ loaded load_dn_sched dn_sched RR loaded load_dn_sched dn_sched WF2Q+ loaded load_dn_sched dn_sched PRIO loaded
Limiters work, but it would be good to get rid of this error message, because it will mislead people into thinking there is a problem.

It should have been fixed already.
That should be fixed on current snaps after a commit I made a day or so ago to fix up is_module_loaded().

Are this related to strongSwan not loaded?
