I've got everything right with regards to laptop to Internet connectivity.  Laptop accesses Guest Wireless WAP, gets DHCP, can route through to the Internet unless Captive Portal is enabled.

The authentication page is installed.  Not sure what the pre authentication page does.  Internet simply times out.

      Any thoughts?

Are you trying to connect to an https site?  Try http to something that doesn't automatically redirect you to https.  For instance, google is now almost usuless as an initial connection through a CP because they are (thankfully) nearly all https now.

Have you passed through everything you need like DNS servers?
