Unbound won't start - how to diagnose?

Hi All,

I recently noticed that my unbound package stopped working.  This can be seen by going to Services -> Unbound DNS then clicking on the Status tab.  All the panes show:

[1399211399] unbound-control[85486:0] debug: address 127.0.0.1 port 953
[1399211399] unbound-control[85486:0] error: connect: Connection reset by peer

I tried looking at /var/log/unbound.log and all it says is:
CLOG

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the package, but it still shows the connection error.

Does anybody have suggestions on how I can investigate this problem or how to solve it?
