Captive portal vouchers

Several oddities regarding Captive Portal; allowed onto the Internet this morning without redirecting to voucher page.  At times, access to Internet just times out-no voucher page comes up until a shutdown and restart of the captive portal service.

Also, most concerning is, I do enter an appropriate voucher and it does nothing.  It does not load the webpage we set for on the redirect.  It does not load the "please try that again" page.  Nothing.  Any thoughts?
