Traffic Shape bump sched buckets to 256 (was 0)

Hello Guys,
I searched all the forum and googled it but unfortunately there wasn't a good answer for my problem.
I use Transparent squid proxy+captive portal,recently i've decided to use Traffic shape for some IPs (e.g 192.168.56.10/24),it works fine but " bump sched buckets to 256 (was 0) ' occur in console and after awhile lightsquid and sarg current reports stop!!!  ???
after deleting traffic shape definition and related rules the reports work again and the error disappear !!!
any idea!!!
