I would like to use squid proxy I know that squid can be ran on PF but is it fully featured by that can I create dedicated drives for caching. If Squid is not full featured I will just create a Squid proxy using Centos instead.

There isn't support for that in the GUI, but it can be done manually.

If you have the option, and the know how, it's best to run the proxy outside of the firewall on a dedicated machine.
