      This will show local lan clients and who they are connecting to along with bandwidth they are consuming.  Execute it from the shell.

      From the shell:

      pkg_add -r ftp-archive.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD-Arch…/Latest/tcptrack.tbz

        "iftop" does the same from the console and there is already a pfSense package for it.
