      This topic is years old (https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=29987.msg155338#msg155338) but it looks like this problem exists for Opera 21.

      When I try to log in to the pfSense box using Opera v21.0.1432.57 I get the following error:

      CSRF check failed. Either your session has expired, this page has been inactive too long, or you need to enable cookies.
      Debug: sid:b4fe399d09f9abee391615985f3b58a0f11eb64a,1401368593;ip:787ca29b0cc08687c6d5fade698b36f109fb5353,1401368593

      Cookies and scripts are enabled.  The only cookie has a value of 1401373213 and expires one year from today.  I tried deleting all cookies and clearing the cache and still have the problem.

      Any ideas what could be causing this?  It may just be an Opera bug.

          @stephenw10:

          Yes, and good point, I should have mentioned that.  I can log in with the older version of Opera or with Firefox but I wanted to upgrade to Opera 21 as it works much better (aside from this issue).

          I am not familiar with CSRF checks I have no idea what could be causing the problem or even where to look.  Since there is a debug string (which is not decipherable by me) I thought someone here might understand what it means.

              Have this issue from time to time with Firefox (latest versions, both for Linux and for Windows). Closing the browser (which clears cache, cookies, offline website stuff and so on and so on) and starting a new session resolves the problem every time…
