Happy for you that the "portal clients don't get disconnected" was solved at the end of week 20  :D

An average of 600 user on line …. where do you use this portal interface ?
What kind of WAN connection ?

                        A couple more questions.
                        Where are your users stored.
If radius, do you have 'reauthenticate every 60 secs turned on?

That's pretty badass man +1… Do you use any QoS to prevent any 1 end user from hogging all the bandwidth?
