Pessoal,

Estou usando o pfsense 2.1.3, gostaria de fazer QoS para VOIP, procurei na internet e não consegui achar nda muito esclarecedor (para mim).
Sei que tem algo a ver com "trafic shaper".

Alguém poderia me ajudar?
