Shaper… can't do it work at all...

OK i tray many tutorials and read many themas about how to config it. Every time i use the wizard and after finish it noting seems to work. Have in work 100 MB and more optic net and download whit 100% load. Now i tray make it work in home on VMware and again have same problem. Is there any hardware requirements about lan cards or something else?

Not that I'm aware of, but if you went into more detail about your requirements and how you configured it, perhaps people can help.
