Use Dynamc DNS to update Unotelly IP

I'm trying to use CUSTOM DNS to update my Unotelly IP on every Wan IP change; but do not work.

In order to update your IP with UnoTelly service, you have to use this URL:

http://www.unotelly.com/unodns/auto_auth/hash_update/updateip.php?user_hash=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Now I have a schedule task on a PC that every hour run a wget command with this URL and work OK.

It is possible to make this work with PFSENSE, using Dyn DNS??
