I have 100 computers to network any advice?

i have 95 unit which is P4 3.2 proccessor computers to network, i have 3 (2 deffent ISP) internet connection, i have one d link loadbalancer and 2pcs of 24ports linksys hub and a 48 ports linksys hub.

need advice from this problem:
can i combine the 3 internet connection?
can i make them one workgroup so that i can share all file from each computer without affecting the internet speed?

please help me i have no idea how to make it possible ??? ??? :'( :'(

Yea it is all possible just do your home work with basic networking.
Read all the information on the Multi-Wan Documents

Setup a TEST enviroment. Play around with live connections After hours so no one complains

Get some good hardware to run that (not a 486 with lousy nics)
AMD-Intel
and Get some Good Intel Server nic (preferred)

find what packages you need.

Buy a Service plan For PFSENSE.

And READ 1st POST 2nd

ask for a raise when you are done.
