Having setup my first pfSense box with Captive Portal using FreeRadius2 with a MySQL backend for user registration, after a reboot today FreeRadius isn't working and I'm getting the following errors on the CLI:

Warning: Module 'mysql' already loaded in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Module 'mysql' already loaded in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Module 'mysql' already loaded in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Module 'mcrypt' already loaded in Unknown on line 0

Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/20090626/mysqli.so' - Cannot open "/usr/local/lib/php/20090626/mysqli.so" in Unknown on line 0

Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/20090626/gd.so' - Cannot open "/usr/local/lib/php/20090626/gd.so" in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Module 'mcrypt' already loaded in Unknown on line 0

Can anyone assist in telling me how to resolve these errors? I think this is preventing MySQL from running which in turn is making FreeRadius2 fail.

    Cheers.
