      I would like to run pfSense inside a virtual machine on a APU series router.

      What do you recommend to use as a host operating system? I am familiar with CentOS from my experience with the servers, but I also use Ubuntu as my desktop OS. I'd like to use KVM because that's what I'm using on my server.

      Any other recommendations? How stable is pfSense 2.2? I suppose it has better VirtIO support, that should make things easy when running inside KVM virtual machine?
