Error in same lan other gateway routing

hello good night im having trouble with pfsense firewall/router where i have a gateway group with 2 adsl for internet and a gateway in the same network for connect with another offices by MPLS Net, my problem is traffic from mpls network is really unstable after 5 seconds drops and restart the conex and more … usually for connect from outside by MPLS NET to remote desktop server before start the session need to ping the ip from server in my local network. Any suggestions ?
I try with some firewall rules forcing the routing by rules but did not work, if a i put a static route in the Workstations for my Cisco MPLS GW the conex works fine, this is the reason think maybe i have something wrong in my Pfsense config
