Changed motherboard, Same NICs, Interrupt CPU went up
I just changed from a Jetway D510 to a Jetway JBC200F96 D525. I moved the same 3xIntel GigE daughtercard from the old machine to the new. My interrupt CPU has gone from effectively zero to about 20%. Both 2.1.4. Backed up and restored the config to the new machine.

Got into the BIOS and disabled the parallel port. All better.
Your parallel port, ppc0, is doing something. I doubt you're using it so try just disabling it in the BIOS.
