Asterisk IAX2 states problem

Hi all,

First thank you for the fantastic job they do with the firewall I've been using for some time without any problem exept to tell them:

I'm having a problem with my asterisk machine using IAX2 connection, the connection is successful but after a time appears UNREACHABLE.
If the states reset solves the problem but after a few days or hours it happens again.

I have configured 2 wans with the same ISP and use the same gateway, I tried removing the monitor wan to use for that connection but the same, I have changed the configuration of pfsense in Advanded-> Firewall-NAT conservative and Advanced -Miscellaneous-> Gateway Monitoring-> Unchecked State Killing on Gateway Failure.

I have a rule in the firewall to force the Asterisk PBX using the wan 2

IPv4 UDP 192.168.1.20 * none * WAN2_PPPOE

And rules to allow pop from other sites

IPv4 UDP ASTERISK_IAX * 4569 * none * ASTERISK

Of course also the NAT rule

• UDP WAN2 WAN2 address 192.168.1.20 4569 4569 IAX

The problem only occurs on the incoming connections to my asterisk because in the connection to the other sites no problem.

Any idea?
