Channel Bonding WAN Connections at particular times?

I am attempting to bond (not load balance) two Internet connections during certain hours of the day for .

I have been told by PrivateIneternetAccess (OpenVPN) that I can do this through their service, but would not provide any details as it is out of the scope of their support obviously.

Is this possible?  In my mind I was thinking that it would be a matter of bonding the the two connections and then somehow use PIA OpenVPN to facilitate the endpoint across these.

Further, I am only able to use one of these connections for a certain set of hours and so I actually have to set up some kind of schedule or cronjob to control this these two periods of time.

Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated!
