I have this problem for 3 days now. My system was tested for entire month and everything was OK.

Now once in a day, on a production system, happens this:

      Sep 6 13:14:03	check_reload_status: Starting packages

Sep 6 13:14:00	php: rc.openvpn: OpenVPN: One or more OpenVPN tunnel endpoints may have changed its IP. Reloading endpoints that may use WANGW.

      Sep 6 13:13:46	php: rc.newwanip: rc.newwanip: on (IP address: 194.105.xxx.xxx) (interface: WAN[wan]) (real interface: em2).
      Sep 6 13:13:46	php: rc.newwanip: rc.newwanip: Informational is starting em2.

Sep 6 13:13:44	php: rc.linkup: Hotplug event detected for WAN(wan) but ignoring since interface is configured with static IP (194.105.xxx.xxx )
Sep 6 13:13:41	kernel: em2: link state changed to UP
      Sep 6 13:13:41	check_reload_status: Linkup starting em2
Sep 6 13:13:41	php: rc.linkup: Hotplug event detected for WAN(wan) but ignoring since interface is configured with static IP (194.105.xxx.xxx )
Sep 6 13:13:39	kernel: em2: link state changed to DOWN
      Sep 6 13:13:39	check_reload_status: Linkup starting em2

A get 100% packet loss on WAN connection. A cannot ping the gateway of my ISP. When i unplugged the cable from WAN port i got interface down but when i plug the cable to WAN port (interface up) the internet connection isn't restored. Also webgui start to freeze.

The only think that help is to reboot the pfsense - after reboot it work OK. Same thing happens 3 times for last 3 days.

A have change Ethernet card (different card but same model).

What can be the problem? Where can i check some hardware logs to ensure that my hardware isn't falling?
