Ok, I've got the same problem. So where do we download 1.2RC2? I can't find it anywhere.

You can try one of the new 1.2.1 RC1 snapshots. I had the same problem and this resolved it.

I'm about to set PF embedded up on the D201GLY2 using a VIA quad GbE pci nic.
Did you need to make any change to in the Intel bios for using a pci nic ?

Also have any of you guys managed to get the onboard SiS NIC working at all ?

guys, I finally received my Via GbE quad nic and disabled the onboard lan.

Which CF embedded version is working with the D201GLY2 ?

I've tried 1.2, 1.21 (09-18), 1.3b(09-23) and none of them work.
Conversly I loaded up the latest m0n0wall which booted and ran right off the bat.

Nevermind, I got everything working just fine.

To answer my own question: I found a 1.2 final embedded img that had console directed to VGA which was then a snap to setup.
Incidentally the Via Quad GbE pci nic was detected and fully functional.

Seems like I now have a low power, but very powerful 4 GbE port pfSense router for under $200 :)
